The Center for Environmental Accountability (CEA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to educating the public and government on the importance of transparency and accountability in environmental and energy policy.
CEA’s work is driven by its core principles, including a commitment to the rule of law, a clean environment, and a healthy human environment founded on a strong economy and vibrant communities in which people from all walks of life can flourish.

Marc Marie
Marc Marie is the president of the Center for Environmental Accountability, where he leads the movement to educate Americans about the lawfulness, efficacy, and tradeoffs of regulatory policy in the energy and environment space. His government service includes senior counsel at the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division; acting deputy solicitor at the Department of the Interior; and counsel to Sen. Mike Lee on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
